Paula Rose Parish has worked with many people around the world, predominately teaching women who were seeking health, hope and peace of mind. Paula Rose is an author, speaker, and wellbeing coach who has a Bachelor of Pastoral Counselling and Theology at the Vision Christian University, USA. Also has a Master of Arts In Counselling & Professional Development at the University of Derby, UK. and BACP Life Coaching. Paula is a life member of (ISFP) The International Society of Female Professionals.

To provide a compassionate service for the Holistic Health and Well-Being of Women.
Vision
To teach women who are concerned about their health and well being how to apply total self-care in an affordable way.
Unlike expensive and time-consuming methods, Paula Rose teaches effective ways to love and accept one's self, while learning practical ways to improve everyday living to enable balance, grace and happiness.
